Third-Party Content Policy

What Tracklas Does

Tracklas is a discovery index for publicly available action sports broadcasts. It aggregates metadata — event names, dates, tour information — and presents embedded video from official channels so that fans can find and watch broadcasts in one place.

Video Hosting

All video content on Tracklas is hosted and served by YouTube or other official publisher platforms. Tracklas uses YouTube's standard embed player and Data API without modification. We do not host, upload, transcode, store, or cache any video content ourselves.

Where embedding is not available, Tracklas provides a direct link to the original source.

What We Don't Do

  • We do not suppress, replace, or interfere with ads served by the platform.
  • We do not bypass geo-restrictions or access controls set by rights holders.
  • We do not offer video content behind a paywall or subscription.
  • We do not modify the embed player or extract video streams.
  • We respect embedding permissions: content is only displayed when the rights holder has enabled embedding via their platform settings.

YouTube API

Where Tracklas uses the YouTube Data API to retrieve metadata, it does so in accordance with YouTube's API Services Terms of Service.

Ownership and Attribution

All trademarks, event names, logos, and broadcast content remain the property of their respective owners. Tracklas does not claim ownership of, or affiliation with, any event, league, brand, or rights holder unless explicitly stated.

Rights Holder Inquiries

If you are a rights holder and believe content has been displayed in a way that is inaccurate or inappropriate, please contact us at [email coming soon] and we will promptly review and address your request.

Cookies & tracking

Tracklas uses Plausible Analytics — cookieless, no personal data stored. Pages with embedded video use the YouTube player, which may set cookies when loaded. Privacy & Cookie Notice →
